Bacon 3 Ways - 培根三拼

No meat-lover will ever reject bacon. But why stop at just bacon alone? We’ve come up with 3 great and simple ways to prepare bacon that would please even the non-meatlovers!

First up we wrapped bacon around enoki mushrooms, a favourite at a lot of yakitori places and paired it with with mentaiko mayo. Next up the asparagus also another classic, the flavours from the bacon combined with the slight crunchy texture from the asparagus is superb. Lastly we wrapped bacon around large tiger prawns, seasoned simply with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon!

All three are great ideas to add to a BBQ menu, and they are really simple to make as well! What other ideas do you guys have for bacon recipes do share them with us!
